Fruits & Vegetables

All of our produce arrives bright and early in the restaurant each day. 90% of our fruits and vegetables are grown in the U.S., and sourced locally when available. Some fruit, such as strawberries and mangoes, may be seasonally brought in from Mexico.

Once in the restaurant, everything is cleaned and freshly cut. We then cook our vegetables right on the grill to unlock their flavor and sear in their nutrients. You’ll find our grilled vegetables popping up throughout our menu as a key ingredient in our sandwiches, salads, soups, sides and bowls.
