Gluten Intolerant

Gluten is the primary protein part of wheat, rye, barley and other grains. If you cannot tolerate gluten, we have worked hard to create delicious options for you. We grill all of our meats and vegetables on a separate grill so that they don’t come into contact with wheat products. Please notify the hostess that you need a gluten-sensitive meal, and we’ll cook your entree separately to reduce risk of cross-contamination with gluten.

The selections below are recommended for gluten-sensitive diets. Be sure to request that we hold the bread and croutons for your order, and substitute a low-gluten salad dressing (Balsamic Basil Vinaigrette, Chunky Blue Cheese, Lemon Poppyseed, Light Caesar)*:
• Chicken or Steak Satays with low-gluten dressing choice in place of ponzu dipping sauce

• Caesar Salad – any protein option

* All of our foods may contain minute trace amounts of gluten that we are unable to eliminate
