Feeling good is contagious

We are proud to partner with the Dallas Area Coalition to Prevent Childhood Obesity (DACPCO).
Co-founded in 2005 by the Advocacy Department of the Children's Medical Center and the Community Council of Greater Dallas, the coalition is made up of more than 140 organizations (375+ individuals) representing health and human service providers, business, government, schools, civic and service organizations and faith-based groups.
The Dallas Area Coalition to Prevent Childhood Obesity  encourages children and families to adopt these daily behaviors:

5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
4 servings of water a day
3 servings of low fat dairy a day
2 hours or less of screen time a day
1 or more hours of physical activity a day
